What it is

The warranty is the product.
This is where it lives.

Every install gets registered against the owner's mobile number at handover. They scan a code, confirm it in about twenty seconds, and from then on they can see what they own, how long it is covered for, extend it, and reorder in the exact finish already on their balcony. The team sees all of it in one panel.

STEP 01
Installer registers the job

At handover the crew keys in the customer's mobile and the systems installed. The record exists before the customer does anything.

STEP 02
Customer scans the code

A code on the handover sheet opens the app in a browser. Nothing to download, nothing to install.

STEP 03
Confirms by mobile OTP

One code to their phone. The job is already waiting under that number, so there is no form to fill and no wrong email to get wrong.

STEP 04
Warranty runs, we watch it

Certificate issued, expiry tracked, reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days. Extending is one tap.
